Lets talk crash vests

I am currently about to buy an air-vest for next year. As of right now I have an intec flex rider, I hate it with a passion. I feel like I have a life jacket on. I am a "bigger" rider but not huge. I am chesty which makes it hard to get a good fit.

I used to have a tipperary and I LOVED it. However as I have had a few bad falls that have given me the "you need to stop riding" speech from my doctors and family. I had to find something that would give my family more of a sense of ease knowing it protects me a bit better. Which ended up being the intec(I liked the price tag a bit better then the charles owen which is similar in style). But my goodness I HATE it. I can't move properly in it and as you ride it moves becoming very uncomfortable.

So what is your vest preference and why? Is there anyone else there a bit bigger(chesty) that has found a good fit that doesn't make you feel like a kid in a life jacket? Just how well do the air vests hold up over time?

If I didn't need to buy a new helmet I would be buying an air vest right away. Sadly though I need a new helmet more then a new vest.
