Looking for a dressage saddle

I currently have a Dover Circuit dressage saddle and I'm looking at buying a used one with a deeper seat.. any suggestions? I was looking at a Cosby St. Prix George or a County Competitor. Thanks!

I LOVE my wintec Dressage Pro. It is really comfy, and is very deep in the seat, and it is easy to fit on a horse. Stubbens are very nice saddles too!

My boarder is letting me use her county connection and I love it!!! My wintec is aweful compared to it. I say save up your money and buy the best saddle you can. My days of buy cheap tack are long gone. Once I rode in a nice expensive saddle and experienced the difference I will never go back!

Honey, you have to check out the Rembrandt! I love that you can adjust the tree with a key!

I love this saddle! I fit it like a glove, it is so comfortable! A Saddle Maker/Fitter here in my neck of the woods makes them and sells them - she even has used one's. You can find used Rembrandts on tacktrader and ebay as well.

I have nothing buy praises to sing for this saddle!

Check it out:

Here is the website:

www.classicsaddlery.com

She is about a 20 minute drive from me - I spend hours in her tackstore!

Do Remembrant saddles run wide? I need a medium-wide tree for my new horse and it's so difficult to find one >__< I'm thinking about just finding a saddle brand who runs wide and get a medium. Also, have you ever ridden in a saddle with external knee blocks? I kind of like that style but I'm not sure what anyone else thinks.

God I wish I could really save up my money but I have to buy all new tack and my parents don't help me at all. I also have to pay for school and I'm working part-time so it's a tad difficult, but I don't necessarily need anything right now so I'm starting the search early so that I know exactly what I want.

MIE, I was looking at the Marcel Toulouse saddles she has on her website. I love it - The seat is soo deep and one model has external knee blocks, but the description says it is made of sella leather, and I was looking at the saddle on other websites and it doesn't mention the sella leather. The leather on the saddle from two different websites look significantly different to me.. is it just the picture you think?

From her site (which comes with stirrups and leathers which would be amazing):
