Looking for a Saddle Repair / Fitter to convert BATES CAIR Panels to Flocked Wool

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone who can convert a Bates CC saddle from the CAIR panels to wool. The saddle is in great shape aside from the panels deflating a bit over time. Ideally it would be best to work with someone local in the Southern California area, but I am more than willing to ship it out to the right person for the right price. Do any of you know of anyone who can do this?

Also, have any of you had it done to your saddles? What were the results?
