M. Toullouse - $$$$????

I was just offered $500 for my saddle. I was thinking I'd hold out for $700. What do you think?

This is what my ad reads:

17 wide M. Toulouse Annice close contact saddle. This saddle has been ridden in only a handful of times (used only on show days) and has been kept in a saddle case when not in use. Double leather flaps and knee rolls. Adjusta-Block knee and thigh blocks. Comfort Fit (foam lined with wool) panels. Hand laminated beechwood and steel reinforced tree. Selling because the saddle does not fit my horse properly.

Man, I would kill for that saddle! I'd say it's worth well more than $500.

Hold out for $700.00. Used Toulouse are going in that price range, and yours is in wonderful shape.

I think $700. Is more than reasonable. If it fit me, I'd buy it for that.

Toulouse is a popular brand, in demand. I feel pretty certain you'll get the $700.

FP, I was offered $200 for my brand new (used twice) wintec 500 with all extras while back. The reason given: I don't have much money, but want the saddle. Obviously I turned it down (and sold it 2 days later for what I asked). $500 is low. I'd say wait too.

Another vote to wait. Selling it to them for $500 is giving them one heck of a great deal.

That is they excuse used! "I only have $500". I do have an ebay question on it today, they are asking flap size. It's a regular but I'm assuming they will want to know the inches. Where do I measure from?

I would assume they are asking regular, short or long.... so answer regular and ask if they want you to measure it some how.

Gosh, I only have $200 can I buy it from you for that since that his all I have?
