The cart has green shafts. The seat measures 34 inches. The shafts 47 inches. And the wheels are 20 inches. It was sold to fit a 33"-36" minis, but mine are 29" and 30" and I believe it would fit them fine.
The mini harness is leather with brass hardware. They have been on my minis a maxium of 5 times, and I don't even think it was that many times. It will come with a mini size chrome bit. The harnesses were also sold to fit minis between 33" and 36" but fit mine who are 29" and 30".
The cart was assembled and had been sitting in a stall with a towel on the seat. The harness has been used a couple of times, but it is still in great condition. I can ship the harnesses and/or cart. I am in Sebastopol CA 95472.
