Has anyone ever had a saddle made by this company?

Choose From One Of Our Very Own Custom Trail Saddles

I am contemplating getting one made for my flat backed Morgan/Percheron cross. I have tried numerous saddles and nothing seems to fit properly. The last saddle I tried on her was a FQHB Big Horn. It was ok but still wanted to "seat" where it would hit her shoulder bone

have you owned any? I know they offer a leather "upgrade" but I wasn't sure if it was really necessary

I find the upgrade is well worth it, it is a softer pre-oiled leather and makes break in a lot quicker.
