My hubby made a beautiful browband today and need advise

Hi guys, well it has been one heck of a week. For those of you that remember me and my hubby bought and angle arab about 8 weeks. She was bought through a so called friend who we have sold horse wera to and is a regular member on a forum we go on. Any way I have had loads of problems as she really has been through the mill and beaten She was covered in scars and she would rear when you went near her with a bridle!! Under saddle I could not get her to go forward and she would not come off the leg. Any way the person I bought her off put it down to her not being rode for a while and that was why she had poor muscle tone.

Any way I blame myself if I am honest as I felt sorry for the mare and trusted the people I bought her off! I have only rode her once in 8 weeks that I have had her as when I girthed her up she went onto her knees and I could not understand for the life of me why? To cut a long story short I did not pay huge amounts of money for her and after not riding for two years after having to put my boy to sleep she caught my eye and I should have looked more closely. Any way I have had three opinions now and the first was that she had broke her pelvis, ie taken the top off were the hip point is and this could have been caused by a gate or a car. Sadly the bone has refused in the wrong position and she can not be rode and is weight baring on her opposite hind which would mean with time she could have complications their.

I have asked the person to have her back but she is refusing and I really do not no what to do, to the point were it is making me ill. I wanted after starting making the horse wear to have some fun and just wanted a happy hack but was also so scared of having to go through pain again like I did with my much loved boy az bo. I do not have my own land and sancturies are over full and I do not know what to do. Hubby has been working on his own all week and I just can not face anything at the minute.

However when I went to fetch my hubby from work he had made a gorgouse browband that I am so proud of I wanted to share with you. It is made from high quality English Leather, is hand sewn has a solid brass ornament, is raised leather work and has a genuine removable swarovski love heart pendent. I hope you like , but also would love some advise on were I go from hear with my mare. My head is all over xxIMG_5023.jpg

About the mare- here in Canada, there are laws about selling an unsound horse without disclosing the unsoundness, though they are hard to enforce. I would suggest maybe contacting an equin attorney in your area that can let you know the horse laws and what your rights are in this situation. Best of luck.
