My saddle is stained!

So I bought a new saddle(jumping saddle) less than a month ago and I used my dark brown stirrup leathers so I wouldn't ruin my new pair. So my saddle is like a chestnut color and my stirrups leathers rubbed and stained it... I really need so get it out saddle soap doesn't work!!!

I know of no way the dye can be removed that won't effect the saddle leather.
