Narrow Hips, Need Breeches

So my problem with breeches is that I have no hips at all. I need breeches that will work well for me. I currently have Tuffrider low waist breeches and I would prefer low waist breeches, because I have a navel piercing and high or mid waist riding pants interfere with it. I need 28 longs, because I'm 5'9. Let me know what you think!

I have a pair of harry halls that are lower waisted, clears the bellybutton ring, I am not sure about the hips being narrower, I have average hips I suppose. They fit snuggly but not uncomfortable. Other brands I ride in, kerritts, horka, shou, all come right to the navel.

It would be really hard for me to find Harry Hall anything. I don't particularly care for Kerrits brand items. The other two you named I have never heard of.

Check online with the bigger retailers. I believe I saw a few different type breeches that advertised being lower in the waist.

I already own low waist breeches, but my problem is that they are not often long enough in my size. I have to get them 2 sizes bigger to be long enough to fit my leg.

I know this may sound ridiculous but what if you get ones that are long enough fall where you want them too on your hip and get the rest of the pant tailored. I am so short and have to get all of my work pants shortened. THis is just a thought though that could work if you wanted them to have that custom fit feel.
