I have one. My granddaughter loves it so much I rarely get to touch it. Lol I had to dink with it to figure it out and I cannot do it when it's ON the horse cinched up. Now that's a pita. You have to push or pull on the underneath side while pushing/pulling on the top side.. I only did it once to fit her and am not sure how to tell ya exactly.. If it wasn't pouring out I might go check, or not.. I'm pretty lazy. ;)
