Natural Ride?

Okay, so I have just gotten a Natural Ride bareback-saddle-thing, and I really have no idea how to adjust the stirrup length. Does anyone know how?
Thanks in advance,

Thanks in advance,
I have one. My granddaughter loves it so much I rarely get to touch it. Lol I had to dink with it to figure it out and I cannot do it when it's ON the horse cinched up. Now that's a pita. You have to push or pull on the underneath side while pushing/pulling on the top side.. I only did it once to fit her and am not sure how to tell ya exactly.. If it wasn't pouring out I might go check, or not.. I'm pretty lazy. ;)

If you get any great tips from the Maker let us know.
