That's an interesting idea but when would you put it on your horse? I would think whether it be when he is with you, or under saddle it would break wouldn't it?

I have some of those. But I got mine from zegifts.com she is the original person to make them. They are called rythm beads. They help you sinc with your horse throughout different gaits and help them calm down some. And their great to have if you trail ride because you warn other animals of your approach so theres less spook chance. They go slightly above where the necks ties in at the bottom. At zegifts.com she puts a mane clip to keep it from turning around and sliding off while your horses head is down. But you NEVER leave it on your horse while your not with him. I'll try to find a pic of mine some wheres but I think I deleted them.

Those are kinda neat! I definitely wouldn't pay for one to be made...That would be a fun and easy project to do when it's raining or you can't get to the barn.

I just remembered that Vida posted a video of her riding her gaited horse and there were bells ringing...hmmm wonder if she has a rhythm necklace thingy for her horses? I shall ask... Vida, Do you have rhythm beads for your girls?

Theres an article in horsewyse (aussie horsey mag) about making those...

Sliding the one you did looks really good

I'm thinking of making one for vince.....prob a good way to de-sensitize him to tinkling bells....

I also need to teach him that a phone box will not eat him XD......he'd rather leap of a massive puddle (he hates getting his hooves into water and puddles) than walk calmly past one....i literally can't make him move past when he sees one lol

Would you be interested in buying those from a local tack shop? Are they really that popular?
