I've recently found some reviews of the Paris Tack Laffite CC, and most of them say that the seat and knee rolls are made of really good quality, soft leather, but the rest of it is cheaper and hard (and take some time to break in), which is what makes the saddle so affordable. This saddle is definitely in my price range, and hard leather is fairly easy to fix: oil, conditioner, time, ect. It looks pretty nice for the price and quality, but looks can be deceiving. None of the tack shops around me carry this saddle so I can't look at it in person/sit in it.
I was just wondering if anyone has this saddle or knows anyone that does, and if so, has anyone ever jumped in one? Are they comfortable to jump in? Does anyone know how long the flaps run? I'm really short- 5'0 but don't fit in pony saddles, so most saddle flaps run too long for me. I'm generally a 17" seat and I also hear the the Paris Tack Laffite CC seat runs small. Any info from anyone will be much appreciated.
Sorry this is so long!
