Need a little help with a saddle

    Hello all,

I hope some one can help. I'm looking at buying a used saddle. It's a black Circle Y in great shape. It is advertized as a 16". The serial number is 2178 14 0202 1618. I told the person selling the saddle that the serail number looked like it was a 14 in, but she said the 1618 meant 16" black. It's a long drive to go look at it and I hate to waste my time. I would also like to know if the tree is a flex tree or solid. I've got it figured as semi quarter bars. black saddle.jpg

Have them send you pictures of the seat being measured with a tape then you will know for sure. Also, I think you can look up the saddle from the number the seller gave you on the Circle Y website?
