Need to replace a stirrup leather

I have a stirrup leather that has worn thin. The strap measures 2 3/8 wide (6 cm) by 3/16 thick (5mm). It has 4 holes per location for the buckle. Anyone know where I can find this? I suppose I could make it but the hole pattern would be difficult. I checked all the tack sites and couldn't find a leather like this. Don't know the brand of saddle.

Can you post a pic? Once I see what you are referring to I may be able to guide you to replacing the strap.

Replace both leathers and buckles as a pair is what I'd do. Then you start with two the same length and don't have to worry about matching anything. Get 2.5" wide leathers.

I presume this is a western youth or pony saddle since the leathers are less than 3" wide. The stock widths are 2", 2.5", and 3" but they will measure narrower if the edges are beveled to take the square corner off them.
