In need of a saddle (advice?)

I'm really in need of a saddle. The one I had been using had a broken tree. Right now I'm borrowing my barn manager's English saddle. I like it, and it's comfortable, but its not mine. I really need a saddle of my own and its annoying to always have to borrow someone else's. Sometime in the future I would love to get a really nice close contact, but for now a cheap, but comfortable all-purpose will do. Where should I look? How do I know if it fits? Please help.

I have 2 english saddles for sale. One's an HDR pro event seat size 19" with a medium tree. Can come as a complete set of stirrups, leathers, saddle pad, saddle cover, and girth.
Tom bought it and only sat in it once. It has been sitting in the house on a saddle rack for almost a year

The other is an Ovation Close contact. Seat size 16.5" medium tree.
This is the saddle I use, so it's broken in and very comfortable. Only thing is that i've outgrown it :( There are wear marks where the stirrups would go and on the billets, but everything else is in great shape.

How much are you selling them for? You live very far from me though, and I don't know if they would fit my horse ...

The HDR, is I believe.. have to ask Tom... $800 for the saddle.. and $950 for everything

The Ovation, i'm not sure on the price since it's used.. but i'm asking $700, though i'm not 100% firm.

And I totally understand about not being sure if the saddle will even fit.

Unless you get a saddle fitter to go and see you horse you will never know for sure if it's going to fit your horse:)
