Ok wester saddle pros help me figure this one out please

This is not mine but I'm trying to find a brand and a worth on it. The girl says she can't find a mark on it at all.

Looks like another import. Probably not worth much.

That's what I thought she said he father bought it for her and the black areas minus the seat are synthetic. It reminds me or the saddle on line saddles

It could just be the angle of that last pic, but the tree doesn't even look straight.

She said she had it for sale for 500 Obo but honestly shed be lucky to get 100 but some one might buy it.

Honestly, I would have someone check out the tree for soundness before putting it for sale. It looks a little wonky in that middle picture. If the tree checks out sound, I still wouldn't put a big price tag on it. Looks imported and low quality.
