OLD saddles

I have a few saddles that are in pretty good condition I think, but a wreck at the same time. They are dried out, very dusty, and have bird crap on them. What should I use to shine em up, and condition them? I think I will sell some and keep one or two. I'm guessing the leathers for the girth need to be changed on them. Can I do that or...? I'll try to get some pictures of them tonight or tomorrow.

The only thing I've ever used on my saddles are mild soap, water, and for oiling I use hydrophane. Best stuff in the world IMO. It comes in a blue metal can and lasts foreverrrrrrrrrr. You will probably have to oil them several times over a couple of weeks, but lemme tell you, it will work :)
