I also want to keep my online tack shop so I can still reach customers from all over the country.
Another idea I had is to provide sutomising services to customers, like doing intitals/barn names, etc. on coolers, stable sheets, saddle pads, etc.
Like I said Im just working on a business plan right now. I haven't gotten to the financial part yet, Im waiting to take my accounting class next semester. I've taken one class already, but Im wating to take this one since its more advanced before going into any more detail on the financial part of the business plan.
Although so far I have (as expenses): rent/mortage, utilities, wages, buying stock, accounting, office supplies, insurance...
