Opinions on copper roller?

Just want to hear the opinions. I want to give it a try, so wonder about likes/dislikes? What makes me little worried is roller rotates, so I know it's great for nervous horses, but my qh is not mouthy or all that nervous (most of the time lol!). So will it still be good to use?

And thus the purpose! The copper will still be beneficial for the encouragement of saliva and he may play with it if he feels the movement but should cause no problem even if he doesn't.

Val, why are you looking to change bits? There is a very old saying that I use all the time, "If it ain't broken, don't fix it".

Thanks, iride! You are very helpful as always! :)

I have Mikmar one, which she obviously likes, but it's eggbutt, and my trainer is pushing me to try loose ring. The local Dover has Mikmar roller only (not lorenzo as I have on my eggbutt), so I basically want to give it a try.
It's weird, but I tried KK lorenzo yesterday (darn expensive, and the only reason I tried is my paint seems to prefer it the best), and she HATED it (so I just returned). I've never seen her so unhappy with the bit, but I'm still not positive why: different shape of the mouthpiece? Loose rings? Material it's made of (but it's also copper inlay)? Just have no ideas...
