Opinions on western Saddle?? questions?

I'm looking at buying this western saddle, and would love some opinions please :)
It's $350 and 15" and they don't know the brand name.
How do you tell if it's good quality?
Did they measure the seat correctly? (Picture)
The gullet seems a bit smaller than semi qh bars - it's really hard to tell the way they measured in the picture?
Looks a bit tipped forward in the picture of it on the horse?
I don't know much about western saddles, I've been riding English but looking to expand my horizons.

What do you plan on using it for? As a pleasure/trail saddle it should be fine, I would be leary of any saddle that doesnt have some kind of makers stamp on it. Hard to tell quality just from pics, the sheepskin under it looks like it may need to be replaced though.
As for measurements id say the bars are around a 6.5 and the seat would be a 15.

Yes I'd be using it for pleasure and trails. I don't compete or anything.

Looks like a decent saddle. Looks to be older and used, which I like. I tend to shy from saddles that were used "once or twice". It's tree rigged front and rear also. I'd like to see the tree but that's hard to take pictures of. Looks very rideable. But there's only one way to be sure it's the saddle for you, that's to try it out. Your horse and your butt. I'd say its worth looking at, though I'd look for a lil lower price. I'm cheap lol

Snickers, I can't see the picture either, though it seems that some people can. Can you upload it to a different picture hosting site (Imgur, Photobucket, etc) and post the link to it?
