Parade Breast Collar

I got this parade breast collar from a garage sale a little while ago and now I'm looking to sell it. I barely paid anything for it and it is in very good condition. I don't really know much about this kind of stuff so I was wondering how much it is worth?

It looks pretty, but its hard for me to say with out being able to feel it, smell it, look at it closely. Is it quality leather or leather made in India, Pakistan or some other foreign country that uses third rate leather with third rate tanning solutions made primarily or uric acid. Real white leather buck stitch, or plastic? or is it metal of stainless steel, Sterling silver decor or cheap tin, nickel plated metal.? Real fleece lined or synthetic? Its just hard for me to tell, sorry I cant be of more help. Perhaps selling it to get your money back would be the best. ?
