O.k. I'm back to cause annoyance and ask a lot of questions.
Thanks very much for the input so far.

I printed out the cleaning/conditioning suggestions that were given and went to three tack shops today. The first was an English only shop and the other two were Western. They all three said the leather was in very good condition (apart from the aforementioned latigo - which Firefox insists is not a real word). The only store that had Hydrophane was the English shop, but they didn't carry a non-darkening solution. Sooo, this is what I came back with from my epic trip around the tri-state area

Is this o.k. stuff to use? I was going off of the recommendations of the store employees (and we all know how that turns out sometimes).
Also, I couldn't find any of those buffing rags for the silver so I ended up with the Tarn-X. Is that o.k. for the silver on the saddle? And would it be best to unscrew the buttons from the saddle prior to cleaning them to avoid leather damage?

And one more picture for someone who was asking about the fleece:

Thanks AGAIN soooo very much for everyone's help and input on the saddle. It's been a lean year, I've got kid number 3 coming in February and getting this out of the house and sold will help a lot.

That is great to hear about the saddle condition. The padding looks to be in great condition too. Good luck in selling it!

The things you bought will work out fine. It's just going to take some elbow grease and it'll turn perfect. I would replace the latigo because that will take away from the saddle.

Latigo: Western Saddle Parts

I'm not arguing with you, I'm just explaining why I'm right.

Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you're wrong.

It's not always what you say but what they hear.

Belvoir is good stuff. I have some little bottles of it sitting here. Becareful with the tarn-x. Do not get ANY on the leather. Use a cotton ball or rag and barely dampen it. You'll need to put some silver polish over it to bring out a nice shine. You really only need the silver polish, as your conchos aren't tarnished, they're just dull.

For silver cleaner, I prefer:
Hagerty's Silver Spray
Hagerty Silver Polishing Foam -
Or plain NON-whitening toothpaste!
