Pony club and wintec saddles?

I'm still in my search for a new saddle, and am now leaning toward wintec saddles because they are cheaper and seem just as nice. However, I heard that some judges don't allow wintec saddles in shows. I don't plan to be in any professional shows, but just to make sure, does Pony Club allow wintec in their shows?
Thank youuu!

I've never heard of that occurring, but then I've only showed in local dressage shows. Wintec saddles can be nicer [looking/fitting/quality/etc.] than some of the cheaper leather saddles out there, so I'd be surprised if Pony Club wouldn't allow them.

I can not speak for your area.

My neighbor's daughter does pony club and she uses a Wintec saddle.

I can not see why pony club (or anything else for all that matters) would have a problem with a properly fitted and appropriate Wintec saddle.
I suppose if you buy a blue or pink saddle I can understand the judge marking you down for inappropriate tack.

I guess it depends on the pony club? I know nothing about them other than the girl I bought Lucky from showed in pony club with him in a wintec saddle.

I would imagine a wintec might be seen as a fashion faux pas in some of the upper level competitions and disciplines - but Pony club isn't one of them. You should be fine as long as the saddle is in decent shape.
