    Angry Poor customer service!

    Just wanted to let ya'll know, so you won't order from this place. I had seen on a post about Indian Bosals. It seemed to be a product that maybe would work well for my horse. A site was given for www.crazyropes.com. I went to the site, liked what I saw, ordered one. That was 10/14/11. It's been 5 weeks, I have emailed her asking when to expect my bosal, no response. I have called the # given to contact her about order status. Have left a good 6 or 8 messages. No return call or email. Today I called, her "mailbox is full" :roll:. I just sent another email. Is it unreasonable for me to expect my merchandise before now?
    I found out later, this site has a reputation for slow service. But, not to even have the curtousy to return my call or email. That's just poor service.
    Just wanted ya'll to know, so you don't make the same mistake I did!

    My rant is over... for now anyway.

    (sorry for the poor grammar, I'm just a country hick! Lol)

    I can't say whether or not your product itself should be here. That depends a lot on back orders, and what they keep in stock. However you definitely SHOULD have received a prompt response to your first call/email.

    If you paid via credit card I would call my company and ask them to cancel the transaction for non-receipt of goods - there is a time limit so I wouldn't wait.

    Perhaps, healthwise she's in down time. She does mention she's back up. Who knows maybe she was hit by a bus. It does sound like a one-horse operation.

    I'm tired, so maybe misreading.....doesn't the OP say it was ordered 10/14? OP-do you mean 9/14? I am confused.

    That sucks, hope you are able to get a refund. This website has similar stuff, I ordered a rope halter from them and they are the most helpful company I have ever dealt with. I wasn't sure which size to order so they told me how to measure and made sure I got the correct size. Half Circle Ranch, For All of your Natural Horsemanship Needs Not sure if they have what you want but I highly recomend them if they do!

    Your correct, it was 9/14. I would understand perfectly if she were ill, injured, or she would just let me know there will be a delay. But she won't return my calls nor emails!

    That paragraph about she had been down, was there 5 wks ago also. If these take 6 wks to make, fine, just let me know that.

    That's why I PMed you and told you about her poor customer service when you originally asked. I received the same service, but I wasn't in any hurry to receive my order, so I wasn't particularly annoyed with it.

    I would comment on the facebook because I know she checks that (usually to delete posts from annoyed customers).

    This woman has a history of terrible customer service and taking weeks or months to get simple orders made and shipped. There are times I've gone to the Crazy Ropes facebook and it is completely full of comments asking about the status of orders and whatnot. This is not uncommon, and I PMed nuisance about it when she was asking about bitless options.
