That's why I PMed you and told you about her poor customer service when you originally asked. I received the same service, but I wasn't in any hurry to receive my order, so I wasn't particularly annoyed with it.
I would comment on the facebook because I know she checks that (usually to delete posts from annoyed customers).
This woman has a history of terrible customer service and taking weeks or months to get simple orders made and shipped. There are times I've gone to the Crazy Ropes facebook and it is completely full of comments asking about the status of orders and whatnot. This is not uncommon, and I PMed nuisance about it when she was asking about bitless options.
