I hate it when you get excited about a product then either don't get it or it takes forever to ship. I would cancel and buy something similar from another company if you can.

Easier said than done because this woman rarely responds to emails or phone calls.

Please don't use being a "hick" as an excuse for poor spelling. You give the rest of us a poor image.

This is a good point.

As a question, and I am assuming that you had posted a thread about this company wondering about their service, why would you order it before finding out?

I had seen someone post about this thread. Nothing was posted about their customer service, until after I had ordered it. I'm going to give it thru mid next week, then contact paypal who the money went thru, and see if they can give me a refund, or if they can contact the person. If not, I'll see what the bank can do, if it's not too late.

I think paypal has a 45 day dispute limit so don't wait too long.

I would also write a review with the Better Business Bureau. I know one lady threatened it on the facebook (to which she responded promptly) and it appears two people already have written complaints. It won't do much, but it might help someone else from being in the same situation.

Done! Thanks! Complaint filed with BBB, and I have emailed Pay-Pal to see if I can get my refund... or they can get me my bosal. I hope it's a better product than her customer service!

I've posted 2 messages, which have been deleted on her face book page.... I'll post a 3rd, and however many it takes until this is resolved.
