Possible purchase, is this saddle a good deal?

Looking for a quality brand schooling saddle, nothing to show in right now...just lessons and flat work riding. We looked up the serial # and it looks like a Collegiate Graduate, possibly early 90s, but it looks solid and in good condition, like it has a lot of life left. Thoughts??
