Pricing on Passier saddles

Looking at a Passier PS Baum VD. Nearly new in great condition. What would you expect to pay? Asking price is $800.

http://www.saddlesource.com/products.asp?cat=192&pg=4 And subtract ~20% from the price

Although they don't have exactly like yours and yours is almost new.

If it's a plain flap model, then I'd expect to pay anywhere from 40-70% below retail price as plain flap saddles are not in style and not widely sought after. I've seen Passier and Kieffer plain flap AP and Dressage saddles advertised from $300-800, depending on condition, model, and location. $800 is high, but not unreasonable.

It is not a plain flap. Newer model, fantastic condition. I think I'm going to give it a go, and see what I think!
