Do you mean nylon halter? Do you like pull on bell boots or velcro?

Green Broke
Has different colours, and I have no complaints about the quality. I have 3 of the halters and have never had a problem with them. I've had horses set back while tied, horses go up, etc and none of them have broken or had any issue. Only 3.99, too. :p
I'm actually going to go ahead and get a few more pretty soon, haha.

You'll get more results if you look up biothane halters.

This is the best I could find by googling. I'm sure you could take off the bridle attachments. LIME GREEN HORSE HALTER/BRIDLE COMBO WITH REINS TRAIL BETA BIOTHANE ANY SIZE | eBay

Actually, here's another: https://www.thedistancedepot.com/Bet...er_p/bbt-h.htm But it's a bit spendy.

It's the same plasticy material. I honestly could not tell you the difference between PVC and biothane, but my first BOs were endurance riders that had a lot of biothane tack.

Google Biothane halters. That might be what you are looking for.
