Totally agree. I was at a hunter/jumper show yesterday in 40F weather with pouring rain all day, flooding, and awful wind. Luckily we were indoors, but the temperature was about the same--just no wind. Most of the riders had quarter sheets and I was sorely wishing for one, though Excel is in great shape and barely broke a sweat during our jumper classes. Instead I threw a cooler over his bum. Did the job, but I'm still going to buy a quarter sheet for next time.
