Rain spots on saddle - HELP!

So, I keep my saddles well oiled and clean, and if they ever get rained on, the rain just dries and magically disappears. (I use Leather New cleaner & neatsfoot oil.)

I just bought a lightly used Stubben (amazingly cheap) that has faint spots all over the seat and skirts from getting caught in the rain. It is a lighter oil leather and I'm assuming it hadn't been oiled much before it had the rain incident.

SO, any tips on how to get rid of the spotting?

Just keep using & oiling it as normal? Any special products or concoctions you recommend? I wouldn't mind if the saddle got darker, I'd actually prefer it!

I was just reading a review on Farnam's CPR and the user claimed that it removed some rain spots on her saddle. Here is the review, the claim came under the section concerning "Quality" http://www.horsetackreview.com/review-display/2854.html

I hope it works for you.

Saddle soap and oil the bageesus out of it, that's all I can recommend. They'll go away eventually.

Thanks for the replies! I think I actually have some Farnam Leather CPR, so I'll give that a shot. Or I'll have to put in a little elbow grease with the "oil the bageesus out of it" method!
