Is this really a huntseat saddle?

I was looking through CL in search of maybe a saddle. Then I came across this and was like "whaaa???" To me it looks more like an aussi/western mix lol

From east to west a travlin gypsy found her prancing pony for now their hearts run as one...into the north

that's what I thought, but then all the ones I've seen didnt have a horn. But I wouldnt pay the price they are asking. Well I wouldnt even buy it.

Its an Australian stock saddle. Mostly only the cheap nasty ones have horns, i've never actually met an australian who has one with a horn. Oplus you can tell by looking it's cheap and nasty :s
