Reflocking Question

EIM and I are getting one of her saddles reflocked and fixed up. One thing I forgot to ask the saddle repair lady is how does reflocking effect the fit of the saddle? The old flocking was pretty broken down and even had some spots where there was no flocking at all any more. Will reflocking make the saddle fit narrower and sit differently?
