Rembrandt Show Saddle?

Anyone ever heard of a brand called Rembrandt?

DRESSAGE SADDLE: 17" black Rembrandt Show saddle used for 2 months before I bought an all purpouse saddle! Great cond asking $350.00

DRESSAGE BRIDLE: Show bridle in good cond with unique brass bit brow band great for shows! Asking 50.00

I never heard about it, but I like the name.

Absolutely. They are exceptionally well made saddles and I happen to personally know the lady who makes them now.

I used to own one, and highly regret selling it. I have the Dressage Saddle and I love it. It has an adjustable tree that you adjust with a key.

Here is the CC that stupid ass me sold. I have spent days trying to track this saddle down, unsuccesfully :(

These saddles are made by hand, not on a prodcution line. They are made to your specifications if need be - I highly recommend that you get it. They are amazingly well put together saddles.

Oo very cool =D Adjustable trees are a HUGE plus!

I'll try and get more info from her.

Anyone else ever use these?

Here are the pics she sent. I'll ask her about adjusting the tree size and if she knows the exact saddle it is (I'm sure Rembrandt has more than one dressage saddle). She's unsure of the tree size so I asked if she would be willing to drive down with the saddle and allow me to try it out on Duch.

I'm not sure if it is adjustable. This one might be an older model.

See in this picture: I have the key attached to the D ring:

Ahh yeah. Hers looks like the Classic Select. Supposed to fit most horses so, we'll see! =D I think you actually have to order the adjustable tree according to their site?

Seriously no one else on this forum as EVER used a Rembrandt?

Well, she is allowing me to take the saddle and bridle for a day and a half to try it out with a $100 deposit. LMAO I already told her I wanted it in writing that I get my money BACK if I don't like the saddle. She's more than willing!

I can't wait!

Give it a go. I am surprised at how many Rembrandts are at the new barn I am boarding at.

I showed up tonight after lessons were done, and the majority throw their saddles/pads over their stall doors while their horses are in the cross ties. And as I walked passed 1/2 the barn, I saw about 6 Rembrandts.

I was quite impressed.

One is leaving for a new job offer she got out of state. I told her to make sure she leaves her Rembrandt behind for me.

She laughed.
