Roma Sheepskin Half Pad

I just ordered a new Roma Sheepskin Half Pad off of ebay for $39. I figured it was a good price, so I went for it. But I was wondering if anyone has one and what people think of them. So please, let me know... Worth my money? :]

I have one and I'm selling it. I'm not sure why but with it my saddle pushed on my mares withers. Without the half pad it doesn't. I've heard it works well for others though so hopefully you enjoy the pad. It is very soft and well made.

It's no Mattes or Thinline, but a sound pad, well enough.

It's really fluffy, and a nice protection layer, without giving a bulk that can negatively alter your saddle fit.

I like it well enough. I've had mine for a few months or so, and it still looks new, so I think it still has some more years left in it.

i've had several different sheepskin halfpads and found the Roma to be the "thinnest" of the bunch. that can either work in your favor or against it depending on what your goal is. overall, it was a nice pad quality wise and i kind of wish i still had it. :P

I have the Roma sheepskin half pad, the Mattes sheepskin half pad and a Shedrow sheepskin half pad. The Roma half pad is very good quality for a great price. I only use my Mattes half pad with a thin quilted cotton baby/underpad because it is so thick. So I use the Roma and the Shedrow pads a lot more with regular thickness quilted cotton pads because they are not as thick as the Mattes. I prefer the Roma pads thickness.

So yes, I think you found a great buy!
