First, unless you are south of the equator, which is in winter, this is NOT urgent. Your best bet is to wait unti lyou get the horse and measure for size, or ask the current owner. Then , yes, it will depend upon the horse and where you live. I have a draft cross that is too hot in more than a med wt blanket in the dead of january in upstate NY, and another who will need that to survivie winter in VA. The current owner may be able to guide you. I will say, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Riders international blankets and sheet that Dover Saddlery has. THey are 1200 Denier (the higher the number the tougher the blanket, generally) and very reasonable. Mine have ALL worn very well, and if there is an issue, they replace the blanket. (mud and all-just sent one back this spring!)
Congrats, and enjoy, but there really is time for this one.....the horse will NOT melt, I promise!

Well I live in the UK, so the winter can get quite chilly and I have alot of schoolwork to do when I get back in septmeber, so I would rather get it done with now. And yes she will be staying in at night for the moment.

We weren't together long, and i didnt know every little thing about you but to tell the truth all that mattered was that you made me so happy.. i miss you like mad.
