Default Saddle color?

I know this is a very silly question, but I don't know what saddle color I should get for Tango! (English saddle)

I was thinking light brown, but would that just look funny?
My friend said black but I think it would look so weird..

It all depends on what you want to do.

Hunters - Brown (any shade really, but meduim brown seems to be popular).
Show Jumpers - Any color.
Jumpers - Any color, but brown is seen most.
Dressage - Black. If only doing Intro or Training then your jumping saddle can be used (with lengthened stirrups), but black all purposes or dressage saddles are perfered.

I think either medium/dark brown or black would look best on your very handsome guy. (:

Yeah I was thinking dark brown, thanks !

I guess black would maybe match because of his main and tail

It depends on where you live, if you plan on showing, some states require a specific color. I know Florida requires brown for hunters/jumpers.

I think he would look best in a saddle that fits him really well :) Since you're in Canada, you should call Apple and see what they have that will make him look good AND feel good.

Black! Brown would blend, other wise you could try to find coloured saddles like Pink or Blue

Yes, and I have many friends who do so many shows in so many places and they never have worried about saddle color
