Saddle fitment compatability

Hiya ... is a saddle like a pair of shoe's? Will lending my 15 year old daughters saddle to a larger lady cause any fitment problems? We want this lady to exercise our horse, but are not sure if she'll stretch the saddle. Sorry, I'm not a horse-rider; I just pay the bills! Thanks in advance for any advice :)

She won't stretch the saddle but if the saddle doesn't fit the lady excersising the horses it'll be uncomfortable to her.
