lol! wouldn't that be nice!! i don't think they do, but they do make seat covers that can offer some extra padding. and remember that some saddles are more comfortable then others!
I remember a lady years ago had a gel seat dressage saddle, but I have no idea what the brand was or anything. I think most saddlers stopped making them, since people found it was cheaper to get a seat cover.
Skito makes an AWESOME seat cover. I bought one for a hard seat saddle I used to have and it worked very well! It's even pretty affordable ;-): Skito Rear Gear seat saver.
Please don't tape anything to the leather... You can have strings put on it, long strings, so you can tie the pad to the front and rear d-rings. Or tie the front to the pommel and the rear to the rear d-rings.
