Is this saddle good for high withers

This is a bates caprilli. Do you think the pommel on this saddle is cutback enough to accommodate high withers? I think it is, but I'm not 100%.

Looks like it might work depending on how tall the withers are that you're ttalking about, but the only way you'll know is to actually put it on the horse's back and check the fit.

you also need to see how much padding is in the underpanels. A thinly padded saddle will sit lower to the horse's wither & back.
