Saddle Hunting! (Western) help!

Yes, I'm still hunting for a saddle. I'm having absolutely no luck. At all. So frustrating!!
I have some strict criteria that I'm not budging from: 13"-14.5", Semi-QHB, Decent brand, a slightly deep seat, pretty enough to show in, but tough enough for normal use, NOT vintage, Used, and around $400.
I know, my price point is making everything harder, but it is what it is. I'm going into high school, and can't afford much more (I already begged for a car and it'd look bad if I begged for $$ for a saddle, too.)
Here's what I've come up with...
CIRCLE Y SHOW PLEASURE SADDLE W/SILVER | eBay
15 INCH CIRCLE Y WESTERN EQUITATION SHOW/TRAIL SADDLE WITH SILVER | eBay :/ 15" but it's decent.
Circle Y Western Saddle All Around Size 14 with rigging | eBay
14 INCH WESTERN SADDLE MADE BUFORD /With Silver SHOW OR TRAIL SADDLE | eBay liking this, but it's ending really soon.
What do you think of them? Which one would you go for?

I like the second or fourth one.
While the second one is a 15", It'd be a bit more marketable than a 13.5 or 14 when or if you need to resale. It also has just enough flash to show in, but not too much for daily use.
I like the fourth, but it does seem more vintage than the rest.

I like the third and fourth.

The third one would seems like it would look nice on a horse that is built a little downhill and would work for barrel racing. The fourth seems more vintage show saddle.
