Sidmit I bought a vary nice thick wool pad for my twh who was quite narrow and used my billy cook barrel saddle with it then my horse passed away bought a qh a really stockey qh I tryed to use the same pad for my QH and my saddle ended up on the side of the horse more-so then on her back lol the saddle was cinched up really tight too. The pad was just too thick for the horse so I hadto ride in a simple saddle blanket the same thing gose for the paint that I ride now he's the same build as my QH. So now I have a nice thick wool saddle pad I can't use. Just when shopping for a pad just keep in mind is the horse to big for this pad.

Thank you for the info! I was leaning a little more towards the Pro. Choice too. This helps. :)
