Saddle pad repair

Does anyone know where I could send a saddle pad to be repaired? My husband has a supracor pad that he was worn through the wool/felt liner. I'd like to just have the underside completely redone with a new piece of high quality wool/felt. I tried contacting the supracor company but they haven't bothered to get back to me.
I need someone reputable, I don't want to ship the bad off and never see it again!

Why not buy a felt pad liner and put it next to the horse. Natural felt is tan in color.
