Which saddle would look best on my paint horse? (Pics!)

I know the colors will change, I've been riding for 20 years :) so i've got plenty of know how...i've only owned one one brand new saddle...so im treating myself to a new one! Just can't decide haha

I like the first one and the horse.

1st one looks nice, all ask without being rude, how come a tie down on a three year old?
