I'm pretty happy with my Don West. Its this one:

I can't think of another I would like better. I didn't get any fancy tooling but did get the tapaderos which I love. I caught a branch in an open sturrup once and about broke my leg so thats why I like them closed.

I'm very happy with my HDR Pro Showjumping saddle. It's so comfy, fits me perfectly, and has fit everyhorse I have ridden in it (Warmbloods, Arabians, very wide Morgans - that's all I can name off the top of my head...) - maybe not perfect, but it has fitten them to a point. I'm going to use it on "my" pony this Tuesday :)
Here it is...http://www.equestrian-tack.com/hdrshju.html
A few that I like:
- www.antaressaddle.com/ <3
- JRD Saddles (custom)
- Country Saddles (custom)
Oh, and in case you are wondering...I got my HDR off of Ebay for only $450, brand new.
