LOL!~ I once took a pair of Schumakers and a pair of Pikeurs to our local thrift store (one size too small, all of a sudden!!). At one show, a month later, I saw the Pikeurs on someone and she was telling everyone about the "score". I just smiled and acknowledged her great luck.

I'm super jealous, where I live I would never be able to find stuff like that at a second hand store.
*sigh* I guess that's expected when you live in the middle of nowhere non horse country.

I never find horse stuff in my thrift store either but I did get myself a Gucci handbag for $3 once.

Tell me, in Cyech Rep. If you are not a millionaire, you can't have Pikeur. No way. I am glad to buy the cheepest clothes for me there :(

Way to go! I once found an unworn pair of Ralph Lauren riding pants at a thrift store, but they were almost $30~the original tag said $125.

I got a wonderful pair of fleece winter breeches for 3$ at my local thrift store.
They make riding in 20* feel tropical.

We had about a dozen pair of Ariat riding breeches in all styles and colors (but only two sizes) with the tags still on them donated at the Goodwill I work at this summer. They priced them out at $50 a pair (after researching them online), but the only ones that sold were four pair to a girl who boarded at the barn I do (I told her about them lol) and she got them for half price. All the others were pulled off the floor after a month and sent down to Phoenix. The problem around here is that not many people ride English.
