Seeking Info about Flexiblocs for Wintec Saddles

I am considering purchasing a used Wintec Pro Dressage saddle that is a few years old, I believe. It is the style that is very close contact with little knee support. Was curious if I could use some Flexiblocs with the saddle? Or does it only fit certain Wintecs? Cannot find clear info online.

I believe Flexiblocks are only for the newest wintecs. I think they attach by velcro. So if there is no velcro surface all underneath the flap then you cannot attach them.

I have a Wintec Pro dressage that is probably 2-3 years old and it has removeable knee blocks, they are smaller but enough.
