To Sell or Not to Sell??

I put up my HDR CC saddle for sale in December after my future event horse passed away. I needed money to help with vet bills, and didn't think I would be getting another horse to use it on. Thanks to my parent's, I was able to purchase another horse that I'm hoping will be an eventer. And then I got a call today that someone made an offer on the saddle. Should I sell?? I still need money to pay for other tack, but I have a feeling I'll regret it.

Does it fit your current horse? If not, sell it.

Well, it fits Jasper, but the new dressage-eventing one is only 3 so I don't know for sure yet. My guess is it will fit, it's a wide tree, and it's fit every horse I've ever put it one (it's like the pants in sisterhood of the travelling pants haha).
