I just went hunting for a new myler english bit for my mare {i'm newer to English Riding so not big on knowing about the common bits used} Trainer let me borrow hers to take along to check the mouth pieces . This was the bit my mare liked & trainer had found several horses have liked. I thought the Bit was what I had seen in local store, but when I started to compare it to the bit I brought along no it wasn't. This bit has a mullen like mouth piece on it ,girl at store ended up having to order Bit in. I had never viewed this bit as being harsh & my mare obviously doesn't, as she likes it
