Sharon Camarillo Sweet Six Bit

Fire away. This is the bit I have been using on my barrel mare and she loves it.

Sweet Six - The Tack Stop This is the one I have been using, the O ring mouthpiece.

I believe it also comes with a chain mouthpiece, twisted wire dogbone and single joints, ported, and hackamore pieces can be attatched....But I think I'll just stick with my O ring

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...
...A very advanced maneuver.

Do you have a question, or are you just sharing / trying to spark a discussion?

I was pretty much just sharing. I like to hear other peoples opinions about things that I have, for my future reference. Even though my barrel mare is happy in it, if someone else has something to say I would love to hear it.

BTW - I know you were looking at my other threads about my mare, who was pulling back when I took the bit out of her mouth, and when I was trying to fix her pushiness but not overbit her. Well this is what I came up with as the end result...

If she likes it and works well, that's all that matters. I'm not a fan of the Sweet Six shank because I don't like the feel and balance of overly-bent gags like that. I find the action too slow. But that's just me and my personal opinion and experience.
